@LogicalDash Not sure how well it ages, but I have fond memories of the procedural coop elevator ride in "Elevator: Source" for Garry's Mod.

@LogicalDash for some reason, the elevator in Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego sticks in my mind - just wandering around this office building, fighting with the coffee machine. It’s a totally unnecessary layer of mundane worldbuilding and I remember it much more strongly than the actual game

SimTower, the one and only elevator simulator I know of, with car sheduling, behavior finetuning, floor skipping, etc...
